Muscle Cafe was born out of a simple but frustrating problem: Fenya kept forgetting to take her creatine. The results spoke for themselves—she just needed a way to make it automatic, non-negotiable. When she and Fred realised they were both dealing with the same issue, it clicked. This wasn’t just a her-problem, it was an opportunity. Instead of working around the problem, they decided to build something that solved it completely. Muscle Cafe is the result: turning consistency into a lifestyle, not a chore.
